The only condition for receiving a refund within the 30 minutes timeframe is that you must request it within the 30 minutes of enrolling in the course.

If you miss the 30 minutes refund window, you may still be eligible for a partial or full refund based on our standard refund policy. Please go to our terms and conditions for more information.

Refund requests made within the 30 minutes window are typically processed in 2 to 5 business days, and you should see the refund reflected in your account within 2 to 5 business days.

Refunds are generally not offered for courses where more than 30 minutes of content has been accessed or completed. However, exceptions may be made in certain circumstances—please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

To request a refund for a course purchased on cored, please go to the Contact Us page and fill out form including your subject and reason for requesting a refund. Make sure to provide bank or upi details from where you will get your refund.

Once your refund request has been approved, our team will process the refund to the bank account or upi id. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
